Large amounts of data and information are constantly pouring into people's brains, making people more accustomed to forcibly receiving more information and seeking some quick external stimulus to transfer stress temporarily. Attention restoration is important, but combining more self-digestion and reflection is also essential.

relaxing moment or a a picture that could make you feel relaxed and imagine 

A pen and a pencil or 
something you can type on( like phone or laptop)

1.SMILE CARD

-Look at your smile, relaxed by the slight change of your body

2.RELAXING BOARD

-Look at the photo and close your eyes, recall the feeling of that moment, and use your imagination to feel the mindfulness

3.A FRIENDLY SEA

-Think about current stress and get a question

-Use the dice, the first time you roll the dice, the number corresponds to the number in the column, the second time, to the number in the horizontal row
